3.2. Data for Demo and PRO licences activation

To activate Demo mode, PRO licence, or check licence validity, the application can transmit to the server:

• device identifier;
• technical UUID of the application;
• device model;
• Android version;
• application version;
• IP address;
• activation date and time;
• licence status.

This data is required for the licencing system operation, preventing reuse of Demo mode, and protecting the application from unauthorised use.

3.3. Geolocation data

The Geotrack Nova application uses precise geolocation data (coordinates, speed, direction of movement, and time) solely to ensure the operation of key navigation and measurement features initiated directly by the user:

• GPS navigation and parallel driving guidance;
• recording machinery movement tracks;
• measuring field areas and calculating worked area;
• displaying the user's current location on the map;
• transmitting and broadcasting coordinates in real-time at the user's initiative.

Geolocation access mode: the application accesses location data only during active use (when the application is open on the screen) or when it runs as a foreground service (Foreground Service) with a mandatory active notification displayed in the status bar of the device (for example, during active track recording or navigation). The application does not use background location tracking (Background Location) and does not collect location data when the application is closed or not performing active navigation tasks.

The following can be transmitted:

• latitude;
• longitude;
• speed;
• direction of movement;
• coordinate recording time.

No third-party sharing or ads: geolocation data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties. Transmission of location data to the Geotrack Nova server occurs solely to perform the functions activated by the user (for example, to save tracks in your account or for online broadcasting of machinery location via your unique link).

3.4. Technical data of the site and server

When visiting the site or using the application, the following can be automatically collected:

• IP address;
• browser type;
• operating system;
• request time;
• pages viewed;
• technical errors;
• server log files data.

This data is used for security, stable service operation, and diagnostics of technical problems.

4. For what purpose do we use your data

We use the data for:

• order processing;
• sending activation codes;
• activation of Demo and PRO licences;
• licence status verification;
• preventing fraud and unauthorised access;
• application functions operation;
• online location broadcasting, if the user enabled this function;

5. Online location broadcasting

The online location broadcasting function allows the user to create a unique link by which other persons can see their location on the map.

The user independently decides:

• whether to enable the broadcast;
• to whom to send the link;
• when to stop the broadcast.

We do not recommend publishing the link to the broadcast in open access if you do not want third parties to see your location.

6. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell personal data of users.

Data can be transferred to third parties only in cases necessary for the service operation, for example:
